Logo Redesign for Critical Defense Solutions (CDS)
CDS is a defense training course for weapons training, active shooter response, counter vehicle assault, ground combat, and combat medical.

Challenge: The existing logo's gun imagery is polarizing and fails to represent the company’s full range of services.
Solution: Reimagined the brand identity with a modernized logo featuring a subtle trigger element, seamlessly integrated into the acronym and full company name. This nuanced design not only softens the logo’s impact but also offers flexibility for future service expansions.
Logo Design for Penny Dog Builders
Penny Dog Builders is a residential construction business specializing in woodwork and carpentry, located in Richmond, California.
Challenge: The client wanted to incorporate their loyal dog, Penny, who is a constant companion on construction jobs, into the logo, along with a framing hammer to represent their woodworking specialty.
Solution: By blending these two elements—carpentry and Penny the dog—we created a series of playful and distinctive logo concepts. AI was used to generate initial ideas, and then human hands carefully adjusted and refined based on client feedback until the final design was achieved.
Logo Design for Sylvie B. Ceramics
Sylvie B. Ceramics is a female-owned ceramics company specializing in ocean and nature inspired shapes and glazes, located in Southern California.
Challenge: The client provided no specific requirements or inspirational concepts for the logo, offering a completely blank canvas.
Solution: By incorporating the client’s artist signature, commonly used on her ceramic pieces, we moved away from conventional icons and imagery. This approach resulted in a distinctive logo that pairs seamlessly with the company name and stands strong as an independent brand motif.
